Early Years Forum

Following a successful pilot, the Schools’ Early Years Forum will expand from September 2025 to include children attending schools up to the end of their nursery year.

This development ensures that children who may have Special Educational Needs (SEN) continue to benefit from a co-ordinated, multi-agency approach as they begin their school journey. The Forum brings together professionals from education, health, and care to explore, understand, and meet each child’s individual needs—supporting every child to be the best that they can be.

Referrals

Referrals to the Forum can be made by schools and health professionals.
