Preparation for adulthood
Preparation for adulthood (PfA) underpins all that we do and begins from early years. PfA is about developing skills which will enable children and young people to live as independently as possible. It is important that children and young people are valued, contributing members of the community.
PfA is based on having high expectations and aspirations for our children and is rooted in seeing them grow and blossom.
The website offers strategies to support moving children and young people to greater levels of independence.
